About Us


Abhinav is an optimist, and a strong believer that no matter how hard today is, the future is bright. He speaks passionately about human skills, and believes that helping each other rise is one of the most important strengths we possess. As a people-first thinker, he is deeply committed to building human-centered cultures where everyone feels empowered to grow together.

Described as an empathetic listener and insightful facilitator, Abhinav has spent the last few years conducting high-impact training sessions for students and offering business consultations to entrepreneurs. During this journey, he discovered a common thread across struggling organizations: when people talk about workplace challenges, they often point fingers at employees — saying they’re unmotivated, disengaged, not trustworthy, or unwilling to work.

But when Abhinav studied these issues more deeply, he found that the real problem wasn’t the employees — it was leadership, specifically the mindsets and cultures shaped by founders and managers. Look around — today most organizations are chasing numbers: revenue, profit, valuations, becoming No. 1. And in that race, people often come last — or are entirely left out.

The truth is: you can’t build a sustainable, long-term business without your people. You must build strong teams by making people feel seen, heard, valued, and safe. And if we truly want to build such cultures, we must first transform how leadership thinks and behaves.

Abhinav founded People First Academy to challenge outdated models of leadership and replace them with practices rooted in emotional intelligence, courage, human skills, and integrity.

His work is shaped by a simple but powerful question:
