Described as an empathetic listener and insightful facilitator, Abhinav has spent the last few years conducting high-impact training sessions for students and offering business consultations to entrepreneurs. During this journey, he discovered a common thread across struggling organizations: when people talk about workplace challenges, they often point fingers at employees — saying they’re unmotivated, disengaged, not trustworthy, or unwilling to work.

But when Abhinav studied these issues more deeply, he found that the real problem wasn’t the employees — it was leadership, specifically the mindsets and cultures shaped by founders and managers. Abhinav founded People First Academy to challenge outdated models of leadership and replace them with practices rooted in emotional intelligence, courage, human skills, and integrity.
